Less common Indonesian species. Can also be found in the extreme south of the Philippines. Shell is around 120 - 150 mm in size and grey-brown in color. The mouth is darker than that of fusus and the siphon is shorter. In the photo we see a typical Indonesian specimen (A) and one from Turtle Island, South Philippines (B)

Schelp is rond de 120 - 150 mm groot en grijsbruin van kleur. De mond is donkerder dan die van fusus en de siphon is korter.
