The founding members of the three-piece were vocalist and guitarist Paul Dempsey, bass player Julian Carroll and drummer Clint Hyndman. Julian was replaced by Toby Ralph on bass in 1997. Ralph was then replaced by Stephanie Ashworth on bass in 1998 (formerly of the band Sandpit). Tracks 19 to 23 were recorded live at The Forum Theatre in Melbourne, Australia on August 17th & 18th 2001. Tracks 24 to 27 were recorded live for Channel V at the Gold Coast, Australia 'Big Day Out' festival on January 20th 2002. Tracks 28 & 29 were recorded live at Fox Studios, in Sydney, Australia for Channel V on May 3rd 2002. Tracks 44 & 45 are hidden video content of Paul Dempsey performing two acoustic songs, which were recorded live at the Prince of Wales Hotel in St Kilda, VIC, Australia on May 17th 2002. Track 45 is a cover of the Hazel (4) song 'Truly'.
