Before joining PEP, Bakker already drew comics and designed the autobiographical figure MOD. He did not get further than a number of attempts to make a comic around MOD. Here an original double page for the first part of this never-published series: The Fantastic Adventures of MOD in the Grasp of the Planet. The page (p. 3-4) is drawn in color and the lettering is applied by hand. The plate is drawn on a large format paper, 65 x 50 cm, and is in good condition, but has a crease in the middle between the pages.
