First revealed in their booth at the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con, Gentle Giant Ltd's Jumbo Kenner Admiral Ackbar action figure went up for pre-order on October 20 of the same year. This up-scaled figure, based on the 1983 3 3/4-inch action figure produced by Kenner for their Return Of The Jedi line, began shipping out to collectors at the end of September, 2015.
