Saison-style beer amber in colour, top-fermented. Prominent to the nose are notes of exotic fruit accompanied by a peachey and citrusy taste. It goes well with seafood appetizers, grilled fish, creamed vegetables on homemade crostini bread. Excellent with blue and soft cheese
