Numbered and signed by Khing in "gold". With a loose cardboard cover (similar to the cover of the album, with a signature on the front), containing an original printing block with accompanying proof, mounted on gray felt (see image 3). The book was only available on pre-subscription and the numbering of all copies is the same as the corresponding cliché (chosen from the 92 strips of this story). After publication, the entire first edition of this book was rejected by the publisher due to poor printing. Buyers of the deluxe edition (with linen back) were given the opportunity to exchange their copy for a reprint.
