Curious leporello 'booklet' about the 10 little negroes. Consists of 6 sheets, each with (front sheet 1, other sheets 2) pictures, spread out about 71 cm. shapes (photo 3). The pictures are die-cut and look like poetry pictures (same gloss and embossing), each with one line of text on the front. On the back of the pictures slightly more extensive text of the (well-known) story (example photo 2). The well-known scenes are depicted: Negro eating too much, drowning, being stung by bees, cutting himself through with an ax, dying of grief, being eaten by a bear, getting heatstroke, etc. The negroes wear the red and blue and white striped clothing that you also find in the XKN booklets at the end of the 19th century.
