Portrait bust to the left of Joannes Josephus Viotta (1814-1859). Viotta was a Dutch doctor and musician, best known for several folk songs composed by him. Some of their songs are still known, including De Zilvervloot and Sint Nicolaas ('Behold, the moon shines through the trees'). Lithograph by Adrianus Johannes Ehnle (1819-1863), after Peter Wotke (1800-1870). Printed by Jan Dam Steuerwald (1805-1869) and published by Koenraad Fuhri (1814-1855). Signed in print.
