Original cartoon in brush & ink/crayon on art board drawn for The Omaha World-Herald in Nebraska, signed - "BARROW", dated (on verso) October 28, 1970. Shows Soviet leader Brezhnev and Uncle Sam at the “bargaining table”. Possibly refers to talks being held between the USSR and USA to limit conventional armed forces as well as nuclear weapons. Card size is 40 x 31 cm (12 1/4 x 15 ½ inch), image size is 35 x 30 cm (12 x 13 ½ inches) Printers notes on upper and lower margins.
