Replica after Bemelmans (red) Addition following Catawiki auction July 31, 2103: 100 copies were said to have been made of this statue, 30 of Tintin with a blue sweater and 70 with a red sweater. Normally every figurine had a certificate hanging around its neck. The certificate stated, among other things, that this statue is a remake of a statue from the 1950s; copyright Hergé Foundation. Van dit beeldje zouden 100 exemplaren gemaakt zijn , 30 van Kuifje met een blauwe trui en 70 met een rode trui.
Normaal had elk beeldje een certificaat om zijn nek hangen.
Op het certificaat stond o.a. dat dit beeldje een remake is van een beeldje uit de jaren'50; copyright Hergé Foundation. Bruxelles 1991 en het nummer van de oplage.
