Details
Released in two versions; Gray or Camouflage. Out of production 1980 PzKw. VI Tiger Tank At the beginning of WW2, NAZI Germany carried out the Blitzkrieg with Panzerkampfwagen III and IV, but during the encounter with the Russian T34 tank in Operation Barbarossa (1941) this tank turned out to be too light. PzKpfw. III was armed with a 37mm gun (later 50mm), PzKpfw. IV with a 75mm gun; the Russian T34 (1940), the sloped armor proved very effective against impacts, the wide tracks were more suitable for more swampy terrain. Production of PzKpfw III was stopped and the types PzKpfw IV and Srurmgeschutz III improved. But priority was also given to a new tank: Tiger and Panther, which were more heavily armored and armed than the T34. Ultimately, Nazi Germany loses the production battle because their complex tanks, while better, are more difficult to manufacture and repair.
