Details
Black horizontal overprints "LABUAN" and "4 CENTS". Presumably due to irregular pins rather than different perforators, stamps issued from 1894 to 1905 have a number of small variations, as well for a single perforation as for a compound of perforations. All varieties lie between perforation 12 and perforation 16; for this item nevertheless: line perforation 14½ - 15.
