Details
Black horizontal overprints "LABUAN" and "4 cents". Presumably due to irregular pins rather than different perforators, stamps issued from 1894 to 1905 have a number of small variations, as well for a single perforation as for a compound of perforations. The varieties of this item lie between perforation 14½ and perforation 15.
