Black horizontal overprint "LABUAN" correctly placed at the top.
Presumably due to irregular pins rather than different perforators, stamps issued from 1894 to 1905 have a number of small variations, as well for a single perforation as for a compound of perforations.
All varieties lie between perforation 12 and perforation 16.
