In the spring of 1986, 'Van de Hoge' was set from the Romanée of J. van Krimpen by Bram de Does and printed on his Victoria platen press in Aartswoud, commissioned by AMO Publishers in Amstelveen. The edition is fifty copies. Thirty copies were printed on Immortal Fire, bound and numbered in Arabic. Twenty copies were printed in two colors on Caractère, bound by Phoenix Binderij and numbered in Roman. The first five Roman numbered copies were printed in the name of Kasper van Kooten, Kees van Kooten, Peter van Straaten, Bram de Does and Gert Jan Hemmink. All copies were signed by the author.
