This wooden sliding box with clown prints by different artists was started by the fair organizer Johan Gerlings in honor of the Brabant Comic Strip Spectacle in Valkenswaard edition 2001. The clown theme was inspired by his wife Franka's fondness for clowns of all sorts. The series started in 2001 with this box containing 26 clown pictures (1 of which is unsigned by Michetz). Afterwards 5 additional sets were released, consisting of 3 or 4 new pictures.

Deze houten schuifdoos met clown prentjes van verschillende tekenaars werd door de beursorganisator Johan Gerlings ter ere van het Brabants Stripspektakel te Valkenswaard editie 2001 gestart. Het clownthema werd hem ingegeven door de voorliefde van zijn vrouw Franka voor clowns van allerlei pluimage. De serie begon in 2001 met dit kistje met 26 clownprentjes (waarvan 1 ongesigneerde door Michetz). Er zijn naderhand nog 5 aanvulsetjes uitgekomen, bestaande uit 3 of 4 nieuwe prentjes.
