Original Swedish issue of Kavalkad No. 26, published in November 1962 and marked on the cover as “Stort Höst-extra” (Large Autumn Special). Kavalkad was one of the best-known Scandinavian men’s magazines of the 1950s and 1960s, combining glamour photography, humor, short stories, light entertainment, and illustrated articles. This issue represents the transitional period between classic pin-up magazines of the 1950s and the more liberal Nordic publications that appeared later in the decade.
