QT – The Best of Beauty No. 44 Vintage British glamour magazine QT – The Best of Beauty, issue No. 44, published by Concord Publications Ltd., London, circa 1963. A classic example of early 1960s British glamour publishing, featuring attractive pin-up and nude photography by some of the period’s most recognizable glamour models. This issue includes Muriel Uden as the cover model and centre spread feature, together with Marie Davis, Tina Mullen and other popular British glamour beauties. The magazine contains a variety of pictorial features, glamour photography, pin-up studies, humorous articles and period advertisements. Particularly noteworthy are the original advertisements for Visart and Venus Glamour Films, offering nude photographs, strip-tease prints and 8 mm adult films, providing fascinating insight into the British mail-order glamour and adult entertainment industry of the early 1960s.
