Model is top-heavy due to more metal at the front which makes it difficult to balance and the back of the base even rises a bit (photo 8). Dimensions include the base (if that extends further than just the model, see photos). The base is metal with some fabric (probably felt) at the bottom. The model is part metal and part plastic.
