The Atari Jaguar was the First 64 bit video game console. Together other Fifth Generation models such as the 3DO, the Amiga CD32 and the NEC PC-FX it tried to compete with the popular Nintendo and Sega models. The Jaguar was not a commercial success, mainly because of the lack of games and the bad reputation that Atari had acquired because of its earlier models. It was the last video game console produced by Atari. Atari Jaguar games are region free.
