Jack and Bill are a children's duo consisting of the Indian brothers Hoyer from Dordrecht. They were discovered during the talent program Auditions in 1963. Producer Jack Bulterman recorded a few singles with them, mainly children's songs. In 1964 they performed as a support act for The Beatles in Blokker. In 1980 Bill Hoyer appeared in the Polle Eduard Band. Jack Hoyer died on March 9, 2014 at the age of 63.
