Stamps/Deutsche Post3 messages

In mijn verzameling kwam ik een postzegel tegen met opschrift Deutsche Post 50 Pf.
Bij DDR kom ik in 1990 ook postzegels tegen met opschrift Deutsche Post.
Weet iemand meer van mijn postzegel?

At the GDR, I also came across stamps with the inscription Deutsche Post in 1990.
Does anyone know more about my stamp?
