hoe kan ik als ik een item heb geannuleerd in een bestelling,  dit weer opheffen?

Voor zover ik heb gezien, kan dat niet voor losse items in een bestelling. De besteller kan de bestelling wel opnieuw plaatsen waarna je als verkoper de bestellingen samen kunt versturen dus toch porto kunt besparen. 
Alternatief is koper laten weten dat je hem toch hebt en dat in de prijs meeneemt en dan het item handmatig uit je shop halen.

As far as I have seen, that is not possible for individual items in an order. The customer can, however, place the order again, after which you as the seller can ship the orders together and thus still save on postage.
Alternatively, you can let the buyer know that you have it after all and are factoring that into the price, and then manually remove the item from your shop.
