It remains a difficult case, but your example clearly belongs to the record section. It is not a card that has been sent or that you can send. You just got it from the gas station to enjoy it at home on the record player.

It is more difficult if you can enter an address on the back and send it to us. I think those cards / plates also exist and then I think you should place them in the postcards section. My criterion would in any case be that if you can send a plate, so if it has an address line on it, then you have to place it with the postcards.

A necessary, but not a sufficient condition. Just because you can use item A for the same purpose as item B does not mean that it is the same item. With a big hammer you can go a long way, but a screw is not a nail.

Many broadcasting directories also have an address line, which is used to send the thing. Broadcaster guides even to the postcards then ??

I think Jouke means by address line a line to write an address. But this aside.

I think it is advisable to specify a postcard better, because slowly it is bursting with 'with compliments' cards etc. that are never intended to be shipped loose. Obviously there will always be a twilight zone, but that is 'loose', I think, for example also a condition (not including the possible envelope) that would belong in such an object description.

Here http://www.catawiki.nl/search/search_items?q= Gramo + Cards & amp; type = 151 there are a few that can go to the plates. Is there one that I think belongs to the same series as my above example.

Most gramophone records have definitely been moved now? The cards that I see now when I follow your link are also real postcards with postcards on them and an address line to write the address on. Only the BP example I think belongs to the records. Unfortunately, I would actually have rejected it, because the back is missing and it is necessary for the control. Of course I only do this after I have asked the importer for an extra scan and I get no answer or a negative answer.

The name of the collection section may also have been chosen a bit wrong, because actually all postcards should be here and that also includes postcards. Furthermore, the discussion about what (postcard / picture postcard) cards should be has already been held and we are just talking about postcards even when we are actually talking about picture postcards.
