For the people who wouldn't know: in December I had a serious fire that destroyed 99% of my shop and collection: See youtube and just ask fire henri lebbestraat waregem.

But now I have an additional problem, the insurance agent had given me access to my shop and there he made some changes without realizing it I think.

Now if I ask for a new password, I don't know where it will be sent to.

When I request lists for insurance, they will no longer reach my email.

Who can tell me who to consult?

I just sent you a message, will you get it ???

Because your shop is open, it may well be that there have been orders and then that is no longer in your shop.

As I understand it, you can no longer log in, would mean that the insurance agent has changed both password and email address ??

If you can post a message here, you are logged in. And then you must also be able to change your password and other data yourself. I also think it would be wise to temporarily close your shop.

Terrible, such a fire. I don't want to think about it happening to me.

Nobody can change your password except you. So approaching Catawiki is of no use.

Found the email address where your mail is going. Indeed it seems to me that of a third. You should be able to change this back via your profile. Keep in mind that the physical change in the catalog profile always has a small delay ...

You can also call me: my phone number is on my profile page just above 'My collections'.
