History: Horse clocks were the first clock to be produced in large numbers around the 19th-20th century according to an industrial process. Horse bells are characterized by the ornament carved from walnut wood that is placed on top of the crest, but sometimes this ornament is missing, while the clock remains recognizable as a horse clock. They are clocks of the wall clock, regulator, winding mechanism, with striking mechanism every full and half hour. But the pendulum that appears to have been designed with Harrison's compensation is an impersonation. This clock was very popular because of its imposing appearance, the appearance of a regulator and the low purchase price; allowing the average population to experience the pleasures of the elite,
but cannot thereby match the power of the upper class.
