There are different prints of the pictures. On the back of the oldest editions we find images of the nurse and of the first Droste logo, the pastille man designed by Jan Wiegman who was Droste's house illustrator until 1931. The pastille man was replaced in 1931 by the more modern version, designed by the famous French designer Cassandre who worked for various Dutch companies. At the back of the later editions of the pictures is a detailed text about the content and importance of the album, and even later about getting the album and exchanging the pictures.

Er zijn verschillende drukken van de plaatjes. Achterop de oudste drukken vinden we afbeeldingen van de verpleegster en van het eerste logo van Droste, het pastillemannetje ontworpen door Jan Wiegman die tot 1931 de huisillustrator van Droste was.
Het pastillemannetje is in 1931 vervangen door de modernere versie, ontworpen door de befaamde Franse ontwerper Cassandre die voor diverse Nederlandse bedrijven gewerkt heeft.
