Watercolour design 2 on card in art deco style, around 1929, most probably for a tablecloth, batik or damask. Framed and matted in a more recent gilt frame for an overall size of 72 x 58.5 cm (28 x 23 inch), image size 47 x 32 cm, signed ‘ontw. (‘design(er)’) followed by Lebeau’s designer mark or monogram, and ‘C. LEBEAU’ lower right in the pattern. In very good condition.
