One of the youths pierced a rider with his sword through his mouth. The other youth is dead on the ground. Numbered at the top 419. Signed at the bottom center in print. Possibly published in London by Jacob Tonson in 1697 in "The Works of Virgil: Containing his Pastorals, Georgics, and Aeneid. Translated into English Verse; by Mr. Dryden. Adorn'd with a Hundred Sculptures."
