Two original cartoons in ink on heavyweight paper, 1980. Both cartoons refer to the Moscow Olympics of 1980. Titled in the bottom margin and signed by Collins at lower left. Paper size 37 x 29 cm (14.5 x 11.5 inch), image size 32 x 26 cm. Very good condition. The second cartoon (which appears to be unfinished) shows the same ideas represented by the Soviet symbol of the hammer and sickle with a mickey mouse figure waving a banner with the words ‘Welcome more or less’ Titled in the bottom margin and signed by Collins at lower right. Paper size 37 x 29 cm (14.5 x 11.5 inch), image size 32 x 26 cm. Very good condition.
