Etching depicting an oval portrait of Jacobus Foeck (ca.1553 - ca.1614). Title around the oval. At the top is an eagle's nest with three young and the motto: "BONIS QUOD FIT, NON HOC INTERIT." To the left of the portrait is Prudence with mirror and snake. On the right the piëtas, breastfeeding a child, with two putti at her feet. At the bottom of the portrait a skull with a laurel wreath and two wings. Made in Paris, 1619. Very rare.
