Originally published in the Tacoma News Tribune in 1926, original political cartoon in ink on heavy card stock signed by cartoon and comic artist Sam Armstrong. He was a political cartoonist and also a Disney storyman and background artist from 1934 to 1941, working on numerous animated features as well as being one of the directors of Disney’s “Fantasia”. The cartoon is a comment on the Peteet case which caused a sensation at the time. Measures 57 x 72 cm (22 ½ x 28 ½ inch) and is in excellent overall condition.
