Single sided. Freebie with the NMTB Album (Spots001 & others) tho complete the NMTB-11-track album. Branson was already pressing the first plates when the band was not sure if the record has to be with or without Submission. So when the decision was made that Submission should be on the album, and massive french imports of NMTB hitting the motherland, Richard Branson decided to "recycle" the 11-track-albums and to add the missing track "Submission" by this freebie. Some shops sold the single saperately, as in the rush most copies have not been real SPOTS001, the poster and single have been sent to some record shops afterwards or have been just added to the albums..
