This is the first Dutch Science fiction. Original edition, anonymous, by T. Tjallingius, Hoorn, 1777. Later attributed to Betje Wolff. According to Reinsma, a copy of this writing is in the Oud-Archief in Vlissingen. The 1978 edition is a reissue and as such a "First Edition". The subtitle is important and must be quoted. Wolff was inspired by the book by [Louis] Sébastien Mercier: "L'an 2440" (1st edition 1771). The famous French author Mercier was "one of the most prolific writers of his time").
