Details
It is especially the beautiful grape King Mourvèdre (bouquet, body, color) related to Grenache (velvet, flexibility) and Cinsault (fineness). Vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to macerate it profits from 20 to 25 days. Breeding takes place in oak barrels for 18 months. Dark purple Garnet color, very tannic in its youth, it gives its full extent after a few years of aging.
