Grape Chardonnay from selected plots over 28 years. Winemaking to express Directly and fermentation in oak barrels for 3 to 4 weeks. Breeding with daily stirring for 7 months. Bottling in the spring. Trials Color straw yellow with Golden reflections. Nose complex aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit harmoniously mixed with vanilla roundness created by wood. Mouth Light mineral aromas, but also of ripe fruit and citrus aromas with vanilla. The taste is soft,
