Details
The same premier cru vineyard La Fosse Grandmougin makes a round, seductive red wine from the pinot noir. The manual harvest is whole stalks to hard sides to avoid. After fermentation follows maturation of about 14 months in small oak casks, of which 25% is renewed annually. This beautiful red Burgundy is not filtered. Thereby the maximum concentration in the bottle. Very recommended!
