Box (196x140x98mm) is of American origin. Made of light colored wood that has been treated pyrographicly: decorative wood burning. The sliding front shows a Chinese dragon in black and, in red, a Mah- Jong logo. The sides are decorated with a braiding pattern. Inside there are two compartments. A bigger one for the tiles and a small one for counters and dice. Tiles (21x30x12mm) are made of blank wood. The bottom has a layer of dark lacquer. They have been printed in red, green and blue. With the characteristic Piroxloid Bamboo 1, letters on the Dragons and flower tiles. There belong no spare tiles to the set. Counters are thin strips of untreated wood. They are one-sided printed with Western denomination. Dice (2x) are made of bone with Western points. There belong, most likely, no wind indicators and instruction manual to the set. The box needs some repair. Tiles and counters are in top condition
