Soloviev number: 69 According to Michel, this stamp was only part of the first issue. According to Soloviev and Zagorski, this is not correct. Soloviev states that the stamp was part of the first issue (see #9889917) and second issue (#9889919). See background page for an explanation of the different paper types. Michel describes the color of the stamp as bright blue ("lebhaftblau"). Zagorsky talks about sky blue for both issues. Soloviev uses sky blue for the first issue and blue for both reissues.
