In the 1938 black and white album, the plane used by Müller and his driver Ivan to escape from Halchester airfield is a Dewoitine D-27. In the 1966 color version, this Dewoitine D-27 will become a blue Cessna, model C-150B, fully capable of making the journey to the Black Island without refueling.
