I have noticed that I have not been notified for a while when a new order arrives in my shop. This used to work.
In the meantime I have a new mail server in use, these mails may be deleted as spam, but the other mails from Catawiki such as the daily offer, new message, invoice, ... will arrive properly.

Are e-mails still sent with a new order?

Yes, those emails are still being sent. Could they have ended up in your spam filter?

Probably, but why only the e-mails of a message with a new order and the other e-mails from CW not?

I could possibly set the spam filter less sharply, but then I have more spam ...

Maybe I should specify CW as safe sender.

Since May of this year, I have not been notified of an order in my mailbox, nor have I been notified that a commission invoice has to be paid. I do receive all other e-mails, such as the daily offers. Have passed this on before but have not heard from catawikant Can only find orders under orders received in my shop, solution?

I did not receive any confirmation emails with the last orders. When looking at my profile, it turned out that the sellers had already responded by sending an invoice. I did not receive this by email either. Have looked at the spam, they were not there. What could be the problem?

I also do not receive any e-mails when I receive a question about my shop. Very annoying, especially because I rarely visit the site. This way, people sometimes wait a long time for an answer, even though I don't even know they asked a question!

Since a month or 2 I have not received an email/message from Lastdodo when someone places an order. Very annoying because I now have to visit the site regularly to respond (on time). Anyone any idea? Emails are not in my spam filter
