Je bedoelt denk ik de keuze bovenaan de pagina:

Als je kiest voor Betalen per jaar dan scheelt dat inderdaad zo'n 20 tot 27% ten opzichte van betalen per maand.
Voor de verschillen in prijs moet je even de prijzen vergelijken bij Betalen per maand met die van Betalen per jaar.

I think you mean the choice at the top of the page:

If you choose to pay annually, you will indeed save about 20 to 27% compared to paying monthly.
For the differences in price, you should compare the prices for Pay per month with those for Pay per year.

waarom wijken catalogusprijzen, vooral van postzegels, zoveel af van de werkelijke waardes van de zegels?

Why do list prices, especially of stamps, deviate so much from the actual values of the stamps?

77kingfisher surely because many list the quotation of paper stamps catalogs rather that real market value ?
 
The paper catalogs are just useful if you exchange stamps not to buy and sell stamps. Many stamps with a catalog price of say 0,15 € will never find a buyer for more than  0,01 € and even there are no Buyers  at all.

De papieren catalogi zijn alleen handig als u postzegels inwisselt om geen postzegels te kopen en verkopen. Veel postzegels met een catalogusprijs van bijvoorbeeld 0,15 € zullen nooit een koper vinden voor meer dan 0,01 € en er zijn zelfs helemaal geen kopers.
