Ik ben enthousiast, ook al kost het veel tijd om alle munten in te scannen, te bewerken en alle gegevens up-te-loaden (heeft iemand tips om dat proces te versnellen?). Ik heb er slechts 239 ingevoerd (al ben ik nog niet klaar), maar ik ga nog even door. Dus ook hulde aan diegenen die al die andere 9761 heeft ingevoerd!
I'm excited, even though it takes a lot of time to scan all the coins, edit them and upload all the data (any tips to speed up that process?). I've only entered 239 (although I'm not done yet), but I'll keep going. So also tribute to those who entered all the other 9761 !

Hoe komt het eigenlijk dat de rubriek ‘Speldjes, buttons en pins’ met toch zo’n 6500 items niet op de startpagina te zien is? En telefoonkaarten met een stuk minder items (idem voor wat betreft bankbiljetten en videogames) dan weer wel?
Why is it that the section "Pins, buttons and pins" with some 6,500 items is not visible on the homepage? And phone cards with a lot less items (ditto for banknotes and video games) then again?
Gezonde competitie is altijd goed. Zodra ik nog wat verder ben met de postzegels heb ik voor de muntenafdeling nog wat in petto. Zorg maar voor een leuke voorsprong met die brandweerauto.
Healthy competition is always good. As soon as I get a little further with the stamps, I have something in store for the coin department. Make sure you have a nice head start with that fire engine.

Van een echte troonswisseling is pas sprake als de postzegels de strips hebben ingehaald. Dat gebeurt voor het eind van het jaar.

There is only a real change of the throne when the stamps have caught up with the comics. This will be done before the end of the year.

Als straks de tijdschriften, flyers en losse flodders weggehaald worden uit de strips zal de afstand tussen de zegeltjes en de strips snel kleiner worden.
Ik vestig mijn hoop op de afdeling boeken. Moet toch vele malen groter kunnen.

I place my hopes in the books department. Must be many times larger.
