I understand you now, if you have to pick out 1000 loose flippos, it will take you a while and it would indeed be a shame if the purchase did not go through. In this case, I would have contacted the buyer by email before sending the invoice. Just explain that it is best to find out and ask whether the purchase is intended that way. In case you would get no or a strange reaction then you could have drawn something of a conclusion. In general, I certainly receive orders for 1 book with books, which is manageable. But a few times a year sometimes 25 to 40 . If the buyer has a history that is good (you can see that by, among other things, the number of feedbacks given), I will put everything together neatly and check it again. However, if I ever receive a large order from a new member and/or someone with no history whatsoever, I approach them first.
