Rene ik heb inmiddels een betaalverzoek ingediend bij apypal, dus het ligt niet aan paypal, die werkt dus gewoon. de factuur is blijkbaar niet goed verbonden met paypal.

Zo ja, wat gebeurt er precies? Waar gaat de knop heen?

en als ik daarop klik, kom ik weer op de factuur terecht.

dit betaalverzoek heb ik gisteren ook gedaan bij pay-pal

I also made this payment request at pay-pal yesterday

Rene het is vreemd, ik stuur net een factuur naar usa, en via de kopie die ik ontvang werkt paypal wel.
en bij Maria (thailand) niet. ik vermoed dan ook dat het dan aan Maria haar paypal account ligt.
ook heeft ze nog niet op mijn betaal verzoek gereageerd die ik gisteren heb verzonden.
ik wacht wel af.

Rene it's strange, I just send an invoice to USA, and the copy I receive paypal works.
and not with Maria (Thailand). I suspect that it is then Maria's paypal account.
she has not yet responded to my payment request that I sent yesterday.

aartinge , We zijn er ingedoken en er blijken soms specifieke problemen in Thailand te zijn m.b.t. PayPal. Zie dit artikel bijvoorbeeld.

Zou je je koper daarom kunnen vragen om contact op te nemen met PayPal?

Rene dat heeft ze inmiddels gedaan, en ze heeft ook in het weekend betaald via pay-pal.
probleem blijkbaar opgelost of ze had niet genoeg geld op haar rekening.
