In general, many orders are still being placed.

An issue has been reported where there is a problem with ordering if there are still items in the shopping cart that are no longer available, and that are not first removed by the buyer.

Maybe this is also the case with this customer? We are working on a solution. For now, the customer can first remove the non-deliverable items and then order can be placed.

We have found the cause. In some cases it went wrong if there was an old item in the shopping cart that is no longer available.
That has now been resolved.
Could you ask your customer to try again?
