Why i can't "ADD TO MY COLLECTION" when i found an item already loaded previously by an other collector?

Waarom kan ik niet "TOEVOEGEN AAN MIJN COLLECTIE" als ik een item heb gevonden dat al eerder door een andere verzamelaar is geladen?

SMIGOL94 is it possible you found the item inside the collectors display?
If so : check the LD id in the description of item itself, so it points to the catalogue. From there you can add it to your own collection.

SMIGOL94 is het mogelijk dat je het item in het collectors-display hebt gevonden?
Zo ja: controleer de LD-ID in de beschrijving van het item zelf, zodat het naar de catalogus verwijst. Van daaruit kun je het toevoegen aan je eigen verzameling.
