The advantage is that everything has already been taken care of in a timely manner. No people were attached yet, so everything could still be rejected.

Ask the administrators Stamps.
This is the block #283797 and this is the largest possible Se tenant #7492955
And these are there too #7652283 / #4629545 / #4625173 / #4625163 and this one was entered today #9374025 this looks like everything Duplications of #7492955 (Or am I wrong?)
Only now another problem, there are a bunch of collectors behind these items, how is this solved.
And another thing, the items have been entered in different years, between 2014 and 2022 and the Se tenant with all eight pieces on it was not the first, that's this item #4625163 seems to be an interesting case to me.

I think you're right. that's what it says in the manual.
#4625163 should be disapproved under current rules. This should still happen to me.
I find the problem with more difficult #629261 . It was entered as a series. But must the series/se-tenant be together or can they both be separated, so a series and a se-tenant. Most people will not know whether each stamp was also issued on a separate sheet. I find this an impossible definition in the handbook.
Oh yeah. The FDCs #8283633 and #8283639 must also go according to the manual, because there is #1454523

The only one formally showing the se tenant is #7492955 All others from this issue may at most be placed as a second image, with the exception of the loose stamps.
For sellers who fear that they cannot place their merchandise in their shop: that is possible as their own image. Collectors can do the same with their inventory.
#629261 is therefore not a se-tenant, because it is made up of several pieces. Since all 8 stamps are present. the qualifying series is justified.

But can a series be entered as a separate item with this issue? Or only as a series/se-tenant combined in 1 item?
If the appearance of a series is a se-tenant, it is once included as a series and se-tenant. Only if the stamps of the series are also issued separately are both the series with loose stamps and the se-tenant included separately.

Step 1 (as administrator): Inside-rotate the image of #7492955 without watermark.
Step 2: add that image as 2nd image to item #629261
that item is then both se-tenant and serial
Step 3: Mark 7492955 as 'DOUBLURE of 629261
step 4: mark the other, incomplete se-tenant items as 'DOUBLURE of: invalid item'

As 7451Dick rightly wrote, you can use the 'own' images in the shop, supplemented with the notes, to make it clear which of the eleven possible appearances you want to sell.

It is obvious that there is no administrator for Germany on LD in the stamp section (certainly the last 10 years). Anyone who has ambition can apply via the procedure provided for that purpose.
I was already aware that #4629545 was not chosen for a kind of 'Se-tenant with Tab' lol

The FDCs are legitimately valid items. There is an FDC with the block of publisher Fidacos ( #1454523 ), and there are FDCs with the stamps (individual). There are still many missing, the issue is far from complete. From only 2 publishers of the ... 50? ... a few FDC's are present. Normally there are about 50 frequently occurring FDCs within the issue. Of the lesser known ones, nobody probably knows how many there are.

Lyonesse
there are a bunch of collectors behind these items, how is this solved.
Both the adder, and those who have the item in the shop, collection or wish list, were not in the right place and would do well to read the stamp handbook again.
These items disappear, and the lists are merged with the 'delete' item. A nonsense item #6910751 of which many sellers, collectors and seekers exist.
some have that item more than 10 times in collection.
You can buy it for 1 cent to 75 euros, you can choose.
Perhaps the most popular item of the entire stamp category :)

You're right about the FDC, Raoul. I had just read about the part of 'and they are otherwise identical'. And the envelopes are distinctly different. So no duplication really.

And it was something even worse...
Of the item FDC with block, there were also 2 individual items, which were in an issue with a different name. Without month and day indication (FDC! The date is on it several times!).

Since the adaptation of the handbook vwb FDC I think that the oldest, with 2 different images, should be kept and the rest removed as duplicates. That I don't know well in the long run.

If not, postmaster will figure it out and remove/keep the appropriate one.
In any case: they are now all in one issue. It's something to start with anyway.

An administrator for Germany would be welcome. To catch items such as #8859403 eg in time. Yearless ... the date is on it darn 2 x, and the year 3 x.
In fact, such additions (items) should be removed immediately.
Leaving something, until the first donkey wastes his time filling in what should already be filled in. That's not nice (disrespectful).
And as I said before: whoever offers in such a way, I will not go shopping there.

Raoul62 postmaster Unless #1454523 is recto-verso, this is an invalid compound item that must be split.
That means that #3030171 and #4222321 are not duplications because I have the right to include any FDC.

A Kerchief can have two completely different stamps.
In the stamp handbook it says not, but is this correct?
Have an example #9382497 (Something is not right with this item, is really an example of how not to do it)
This item can also be a combination from the booklet, because it was also released as a booklet, but I am concerned with the Keerdruk question, because with other Sides this is a Keerdruk and the Michel number is also K33 so the K for Kehrdruck

A Kerchief can have two completely different stamps.
Coincidentally, I was wondering the same thing about Brugpaar last night.

That's what the Handbook says
A “bridge pair” is a combination of identical* stamps separated by a blank vignette or by a vignette with, for example, color codes.
But the footnote
*A bridge pair consists in the vast majority of cases of two identical stamps, possibly in reverse print.
suggests that they do NOT always have to be identical stamps.

So what is eg. #5498247 ? Bridge pair? Turning pressure? Se tenant?
Or none of them, because it's a "Booklet Combination"?

(By the way, the Handbook does not provide any definition of the term Se-tenant.)

Do you have a proposal with which we can further supplement Article 10.12 of the manual?

I can't remember ever seeing that background page. Or maybe. You just have to come across it by chance.

I don't think the first example is very representative.
Most se-tenants are not 'walkers'.

The first picture of #629261 is incorrect. Is not a se-tenant, but the series. Is the block now equal to the se tenant?. If so, they should be merged. If in #283797 then block and se tenant must be ?.

Juglans
The issue has just been released. There were many 'se-tenants' (per 2, per 3, per 4, one above the other, one below the other, ...), and luckily they are gone now.

From the block you can tear loose seals, seals, and se-tenants.

I don't think the stamps were issued per 2 or per 3 different sheets, only in a block of 8 different stamps.
The largest possible se tenant contains 8 stamps, which is #629261 . In this situation, the item is also the serial item.
Does it sound like a bus I assume?
A block also contains a sheet edge. Not a se tenant. I don't think there can ever be an overlap between block and se-tenant.

The Michel catalogue mentions for the block (translated):
"According to the official order, only the separated individual stamps, but not the block as a whole were valid for franking. However, shipments with glued-on entire blocks were stamped and transported from the first day onwards without leaving a stand."

Could be anything, Raoul62 , but in my eyes eight individual stamps are a series, not a se-tenant. Then the block is more likely to come close to a se-tenant?. And how could a se-tenant not have a sheet edge?

The background pages, it was once announced, are the first place where info and appointments can be found. Because that place is easily accessible, and very dynamic.
There was initially a problem because those pages could only be consulted in the Dutch version. That has now been resolved well.

Second place is the entry form (add / change items). Not everyone can change the help texts there. But the texts there are brief and are adapted very quickly if there is a (justifiable) reason to do so.

The manual comes last. There everything is described in more detail, and the texts must first be completed in all 4 languages. More work and a longer lead time.

Imho, including it on the background page is equivalent (equally sacred) to including it in the manual.
In any case, much better than a (separate) note on the forum. Forum posts disappear after a while in a kind of black hole. And you never know that there were changes to that forum post later (in a later forum post).

However, I do think that the manual should be supplemented after a while, because there a (new) user should in principle be able to find all agreements and definitions that are necessary to properly supplement (new items) or adjust (existing items) the stamp section. ).

Who has a lot of time, has elephant skin (it's never good for everyone) and feels called ...

Lyonesse
I had seen those German items, but I pass for those German phenomena.
Turning pressure, bridge pair, se-tenant, combination? I don't know enough about the forms (origin) of those stamps (do they come from a booklet? Sheetlet? Block? Other?). Only those who know 100% where they come from can judge.

The background page (but not in the Handbook) reads:
If the se-tenant contains all stamps from the series, then at "type" both "se-tenant" and "series" must be entered. The se-tentant is the first image , the series may optionally be included as a second image.
The images of #629261 must therefore be exchanged.
