I added some more cards to the Secrets and Seekers set but they are at the beginning of the numbers rather than in number order. What have I done wrong?  Thanks

The administrator w1975 can probably tell you more about this.

nig31el You added the cards correctly with their number. Just sort by number. What is wrong then, to me it looks ok?

I have sent you a message about the way of sorting and the position of the cards.

Thank you for replying on my message

The system "reads" the numbers and give it a letter in a sorting field to place it:

1-9: catalogue sorting field A
10-99: catalogue sorting field B
100-999: catalogue sorting field C

and so on

The 3 cards that were added had the following numbers 27, 29 and 33 and that gave them an unique position in the collection, that no one beside an administrator (in a separate sorting field manager) can change.

After adding a 0 to the numbers of the cards as mentioned on the item that only changes the number but not the position in the collection.

For example:
If you add 2 cards, a card with number 004 and a card with number 027.

004 added correctly ( the system gives it letter C)
027 added as 27 (the system gives it letter B)

Then you see the mistake: 27 must be 027 and you change it. By changing this to the correct number it has no effect on the position in the collection. The system still sees it as a number with 2 digits and not with 3 digits, so the sorting field letter will not change.

In the catalogue 027 will then always comes before 004 and the sorting field has to be changed.

That sorting field only an administrator can change to give the card the right position in the collection to keep the numbers following.
