Ik bied kopers uit het buitenland, meestal is dat Belgie maar Duitsland komt ook wel voor, posttarieven het goedkoopst ( postnl ) zonder track trace en met track trace. Wel een gedoe maar voorkomt gezeur. Wellicht is die mijnheer gevallen over 13 euro verzendkosten. Dan kijken sommige kopers niet meer naar een goedkoop CD tje, wat blijkbaar niet in UK voor een prikkie te krijgen is. Maar hoe kan een koper al betalen zonder dat hij een nota heeft gehad , had ie dan al eerder gekocht ?

Mijn rekeningnummer is voor mij wel zichtbaar , maar voor kopers pas nadat ik mijn nota heb gestuurd.  Tenminste dat dacht ik. Ik heb even bij jouw zichtbare info gekeken, maar ik zie echt nergens jouw rekeningnummer en ook niet je emailadres. Als ik wat bestel zie ik van de verkoper slechts zijn emailadres , maar verder geen persoonlijke info.

Hoe zit dat eigenlijk met douane, in- en uitvoerkosten en aanverwante administratie bij 'handel' met een EU land?  Groot-Brittanië is niet-EU ...
Sinds 01/07/2021 houdt bPost in België alle pakjes van buiten de EU afkomstig tegen.  Eerst moet 'ingeklaard' (betaald) worden voor de invoer.  Sindsdien bestelt geen enkele Belg nog bij Ali-express.  Niet betalen = pakje wordt vernietigd.
Kortom: moet een Engelsman in de UK dan ook ook geen invoertaksen (dossierkosten + %-age op de waarde) betalen als 'm iets aankoopt in België of Nederland (al dan niet via LD)?  Ik denk dat die kosten een veelvoud kunnen zijn van die 13 euro?
Ik vraag het me af ...
In elk geval bestel ik niks meer via Amazon.nl ook.  Daar weet je nooit van waar het pakje verstuurd gaat worden.  Als je bestelt en het komt het dan onverwacht uit Hong Kong of UK ... dan betaal je bijkomend een heel hoge rekening (of geld kwijt en géén pakje).
Hoe zit dat eigenlijk met de verkopen op LD met niet-EU landen?  Of als koper als je via LD buiten de EU iets aankoopt?

Since 01/07/2021, bPost in Belgium has stopped all parcels from outside the EU. First you have to 'clear customs' (paid) for the import. Since then, not a single Belgian has ordered from Ali-express. Failure to pay = parcel will be destroyed.
In short: should an Englishman in the UK therefore not pay import taxes (file costs + %-age on the value) if he purchases something in Belgium or the Netherlands (whether or not via LD) ? I think those costs can be a multiple of those 13 euros?

In any case, I don't order anything from Amazon.nl anymore. You never know from where the package will be sent. If you order and it comes unexpectedly from Hong Kong or UK ... then you also pay a very high bill (or lose money and no package).
What about the sales on LD with non-EU? Nations? Or as a buyer if you buy something via LD outside the EU?

VK btw (heffen en doorstorten), ingeschreven zijn bij 'HM Revenue & Customs', alle administratieve  verplichtingen die er rond hangen vervullen, douanekosten, inklaring, BTW, administratiekosten (voor Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, ...), enz.
En wellicht zijn er ook straffen en boetes voorzien voor wie de regeltjes niet volgt, of kan volgen.

Misschien heb je wel geluk bij een ongeluk Ernie.  Maar ik zou toch liever niet verkopen aan het Britse publiek.  Het lijkt mij niet evident.  Als je niet echt weet wat en hoe, dan is het rap (ongewild) illegaal en ben je bezig met fraude.  Het voelt wel een beetje als discriminatie.  Ach, ze hebben er wel zelf voor gekozen toch (eigen eiland eerst)?

Peter, weet je toevallig ook of het een verschil is voor Noord-Ierland (behoort niet tot Groot-Brittannië, maar is wel een onderdeel van het Verenigd Koninkrijk)?  Er was ergens een speciale regeling meen ik mij te herinneren ... maar of dat op het einde doorgegaan is.

UK VAT (levy and transfer), be registered with 'HM Revenue & Customs', fulfill all the administrative obligations surrounding it, customs costs, customs clearance, VAT, administration costs (for Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, ...), etc.
And there may also be penalties and fines for those who doesn't follow, or can't follow rules.

You might be lucky Ernie. But I'd rather not sell to the British public anyway. It doesn't seem obvious to me. Ik ken dat probleem. Ik bood een boek te koop aan voor 5 euro, en dan vragen ze: Is dat verzendingskosten inbegrepen? Ik moet toegeven dat ik hetzelfde boek voor dezelfde prijs op bol zag en daar was het  verzendingskosten inbegrepen, maar dat kan ik niet doen. Die onlinewinkels hebben met hun klantenlokkers de kopers van sommige producten (cd's en boeken) verwend, en de recyclingwinkels hebben daar nog een schep bovenop gedaan door boeken aan 1 euro / kg te verkopen. Dan denken sommigen dat het voor de verzamelaars een goede zaak is, maar dat is niet waar. Het is een goede zaak voor kruiwagenvullers, maar niet voor verzamelaars, want die winkels ontwaarden onze verzameling. Wij hebben doorgaans immers niet gekocht aan prijzen beneden de prijs van oud papier.

Ik vermoed dat een 3CD-box gewoon te dik is om als brief te versturen, vanuit België net zoals vanuit Nederland.

I suspect that a 3CD-box is simply too thick to send as a letter, from Belgium just like from the Netherlands.

Strips zijn ook lastig: licht genoeg, maar het verkeerde formaat voor brieftarief.

Comics are also tricky: light enough, but the wrong size for letter rate.

Was een beetje eenogig, kleine operatie gehad.
Waarschijnlijk probeerde hij geld van mij los te krijgen, want tot op heden heb ik nog geen betaling ontvangen. Dus probeerde hij mij het bedrag te doen terugstorten dat hij nooit betaald had. De dag van vandaag proberen ze van alles ;-)

Tammo, bij "over deze verkoper" komt toch slechts wat je zelf invoert via profiel?  Ik heb daar in ieder geval geen NAW en geen bankrekening ingevuld. Dat iemand dat wel alvast wil neerzetten , prima zijn of haar keuze.  Ik zou het niet doen. 

Tammo, "About this seller" only shows what you enter yourself via profile? In any case, I did not enter any name and address or bank account. If someone does want to put that down in advance, it's his or her choice. I would not do it.

Tarief van 1,91 welke jij voor Europa noemt lijkt mij onmogelijk, goederen (Dus alles wat op ld staat) mag niet via briefpost naar een ander land gestuurd worden.
Vanwege de Europese postwet ben je verplicht om goederen naar een ander land met barcode (Dus aangetekend of als pakket) te verzenden

Gezien de genoemde tarieven vermoed ik dat lordernie  de tarieven van België noemt en aartinge die van Nederland. 

Neemt echter  niet weg dat goederen altijd een barcode moeten hebben, deze regel geldt namelijk binnen de hele eu omdat het een regel is vanuit de Europese postwet
